When you enquire or stay, we may collect your name, email, phone number, stay dates, room preference, and any notes you send (including accessibility or dietary notes). We do not invent extra identifiers. We do not run a public account system on this site.
Why we use it
To answer reservations, host your stay, and meet legal duties (including confirming guests are 18+). We do not sell personal information. We do not use it to profile gambling behaviour; any responsible-gaming notice on this site is a general adult-use reminder.
Cookies and hosting
This marketing site is static HTML. If the host or fonts provider sets technical cookies, they are for delivery of the page only. We do not place advertising trackers ourselves.
Your choices
